Summer stARTS

Join us for Summer StARTS 2018!

Despite Montana’s snow and cold, the Missoula Children’s Theatre and other arts organization are ready to think summer! Stop by the MCT Center for the Performing Arts on First Friday, March 2, for Summer StARTS. From 5:00-6:30PM, the lobby of the MCT Center for the Performing Arts will be filled with your child’s Missoula summer day camp opportunities for theatre, art, dance, and all kinds of movement! The Missoula Children’s Theatre will be joined by On Center Performing Arts, Show Tyme Academy, the Missoula Writing Collaborative, Roots ACRO Sports Center, Rocky Mountain Ballet Theatre, MCAT (Missoula Community Access Television), and the Clay Studio of Missoula. Summer StARTS is a free event.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre will be offering on-the-spot summer day camp registration for the shows Sleeping Beauty, Treasure Island, and Aladdin.  The day camps, which are audition, rehearsal, and performance experiences, are open to kids entering grades 1-12.  Enrollment is limited. The camps will be offered over the course of six weeks this summer. While you’re at MCT, you can also register for the Alice in Wonderland spring day camp, which takes place March 26-30. Registration is also available at MCTinc.org.
