MCT is excited, eager, and elated to offer extraordinary opportunities for your student at the MCT Center for the Performing Arts in Missoula, MT this school year! Unprecedented times call for creativity and consideration, something we took to heart this past summer as MCT safely and successfully completed seven weeks of in-person day camps. We will continue to do everything we can to ensure a safe and fun environment for every class, every day. To learn more about MCT’s health and safety precautions, please visit our overview found here.
Now more than ever, plans are potentially in flux. With this in mind, we are implementing a new registration process and refund policy.
1. Complete the reservation form for the class in which you want to enroll your student.
2. You will receive an email from education@MCTinc.org that your student has a reserved space in the class, or is on the waiting list.
3. One week before the first day of class, you will receive another email with instructions on how to pay for your student’s registration. We have chosen to not accept payment in advance to avoid the need for refunds should MCT or your family decide not to proceed with the class due to pandemic considerations.
These new approaches allow for your family to plan early with the freedom to adjust plans, should the need arise. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at education@MCTinc.orgcreate new email.
