Michael McGill has been dreaming of a White Christmas longer than most of us this year. And he’ll get his wish early and often starting this very weekend, when MCT Community Theatre opens its two-week run of “Irving Berlin’s White Christmas,” a stage musical based on the classic film of the same name, which in turn is based on the classic Irving Berlin song of the same name . . .
